- Norman's Cycling
- My cycling career began in earnest with my first race in 1973. My technique and equipment have improved significantly since then. From a steel bike with friction shifting that didn't fit or shift well. Now riding a carbon fiber work of art with STI index shifting, that fits like it was custom made and shifts like a dream. Along the way I have ridden with some of the best riders around. I like to think that I have learned from them and have passed some of that along to others.

Dear Norman,
I want to wish u all the best on your up coming journey. I do not know if I will see u on a ride before u leave.Just do me one favor stay away from any boats in the middle of the Country. be safe
